1. Who this licence is for
This licence applies to every person who installs or uses Brah. By installing or using it, you accept this licence. If you do not accept it, do not use Brah. Where this licence and the terms of use differ, the terms of use apply.
2. What you may do
We give you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use Brah on the Macs you own or control. During the trial you may use it for 7 days. With a licence key you may use it with no end date.
3. What you may not do
- share, sell or publish your licence key, or let other people use it;
- copy, change, distribute, sell or lend the app;
- get round the trial or the licence check;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows;
- remove or hide any notice of ownership.
4. Ownership
Brah is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights in it, including its software, designs and name. Brah includes open-source software, which comes under its own licences. Where we publish Brah’s source code, that code has its own licence.
5. Updates
Updates within the same major version are free. Updates can add, change or remove features. We may also update this licence. The new version applies when it is published here.
6. When this licence ends
This licence ends straight away if you break it. When it ends you must stop using Brah and remove it.
7. No warranty, and our liability
As far as the law allows, Brah is provided “as is”, without any promise that it will meet your needs or be free of errors. Our responsibility to you is set out in the terms of use.
8. Law
This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales.
